In his free time, Dr. Badhan enjoys walking, trying out new restaurants, gardening, going to the park, and cheering on the Winnipeg Jets!

Massage Practitioner

Coach Jenna is a Fitness Coach and Massage Practitioner who was born and raised here in Winnipeg. She loves her family and the beauty of nature; camping, hiking and adventuring is how she spends her free time. She has been working in the health and fitness field for over ten years and teaches fitness classes throughout the city. She received her Certificate in Massage from Wellington Collage of Remedial Massage Therapies. There she attained her foundational skills in Deep Tissue Swedish Massage. She deepened her education with Applied Reflexology, Pre/Post Sports Massage and Hot Stone Massage. Jenna believes one of the most important keys to self-care is to commit yourself to regular Massage and Chiropractic visits to keep your bones aligned and your muscles functional. She chose the Massage Therapist profession because she believes life should be pain free. She has overcome numerous injuries and had tried every kind of treatment under the sun. It wasn't until she experienced a Massage treatment that she felt the pain relief she needed to get back on her feet. Jenna wants to bring you into that same place; she will work with you through assessment and make a plan that will provide pain relief, reduce stress, keep you moving and, ultimately, increase your quality of life.
